Hey! So as many of you know, we are working on the site's shop. This may mean that items' prices get changed or their capabilities change. As such, we're making this thread so you can easily request if necessary, a refund for your item! We will simply delete the item from your inventory and pay you the amount of points it cost when you bought it!
A few things: Your item doesn't have to be subject to a price change or whatnot to get a refund, you can get one for whatever reason! Just keep in mind that you can then no longer USE that item.
Just post here with the item you'd like gone + the price it was when you bought it (in case of price changes) and we'll get to you ASAP!
NOW: SHOP CHANGES ARE IN EFFECT. READ THIS THREAD FOR MORE INFO.
As you can see there are specific ways we are dealing with shop items that are being replaced. Please ask there if you have any questions. Here, just let us know if you'd like a full refund as usual, but if you'd like items swapped + a partial refund (For items that cost less than what you bought) or a simple swap (for items that now cost the same with new specifications or that cost more than what you bought), let us know which old item you're swapping and which new item it corresponds to (since some weight ranges may overlap).
