they really do! but okay since alfie kind of forces himself to stay awake and doesn't really get sleep, he tends to get sick a lot and it's mainly just like a cold but sometimes it's more severe and the doctors are always like "get lots of rest" and alfie is just like "hahahaha i can't sleep"
