activity level 9/10; I'm relatively active on the site, and I poke around often when I don't have anything better to do with my time (i.e., actually roleplaying). Sometimes I have to watch my baby sister or go somewhere, but more often or not I'll take my laptop and/or phone in order to talk to friends. My schedule is widely open and I need something to busy myself with tbh before i go stir crazy.
experience? When I was younger I'd always wanted to be apart of staff on a site, mainly because a lot of the staff on FF were people I'd admired for being so good at roleplaying and establishing an important figure in the community. Over time, however, I realized how hard -- and how corrupt -- staff were on the site, and being there since the site transfer, I've learned from their mistakes enough to know what to do better. I've had experience before, believe it or not, with a site I made with a few friends in the hopes of replacing the hole that FF made, even if it was short-lived. I've also had experience on games (i.e., smite) managing groups called clans as a mod-esque role and helping to invite/accept/help along the clan if the leader wasn't there to do so. Basically what clans do here, just with more power? I also work very well with groups and I can easily get jobs done, even if they are a bit hard. I'm really not that picky or demanding when it comes to what I'm supposed to do.
time spent on rp sites I'm a teenager now and I've been on roleplaying sites for such a long time, that I've basically grown up with them. I'm no stranger to how things work and what the communities are like, after being on FF, BB, lioden, Feral-heart, tons of mmorpgs if we're counting them, the site that me and my friends made, etc. They're about as familiar to me as family at this point!
why do you think you'd be a good fit? I'd be a good fit because I learn from my mistakes and I'm always trying to get better! Over the past year I've been a lot more prone to being a butt because of the moving situation I've had irl, but so far everything's starting to calm down and I'm actively trying to find something to keep myself busy. I'm not unfamiliar with leader roles, or roles that just help out and carry out business that needs to be carried out. I'll ask questions that need to be asked and I'll put aside my own beliefs and opinions in order to better fit the community's, as they are, of course, the top priority. Besides that, I am experienced, and I did grow up with roleplaying sites, and I'm very excited and passionate about pursuing a position on staff so I have even more qualifications to roles similar to it in the future. And I genuinely do care about BB -- after all, I do know a lot of the member base here and from the looks of it, its future is bright. But at the end of the day I'm not perfect and I do make mistakes!

activity level 9/10, because it's summer and I'll be free for most of the time. I'm going to be free for most of the summer (although I will be gone from july 2nd to the 15th) and my schedule is basically in the morning (from 9:00-10:00 ish) and whenever I'm not swimming or going for walks. Oh yeah, and from 8:00 to 11:00. That part will stay really consistent bc I don't really have anything I need to do in that timeframe. 
experience? I'm still very new to staffing and modding things, but I am currently filling in for the current leader in thunderclan, and back on feralfront i tried many times to set up a chat between staff and members to try and resolve the conflicts they were facing. Also last year, my friends and I (Endless can confirm this, I think) even made a roleplay site; it didn't work out, but I think it stayed sort of active for...maybe a week?
time spent on rp sites I spent a good 6 years on feralfront, I joined bearbones right when it opened (so, some number of months ago I believe) and my friend and I used to even roleplay over skype :p
why do you think you'd be a good fit? I'd be a good fit because I've always wanted to be a staff member, rumor has it that to this  day you can still find my cringey "can I be a staffer?" threads on feralfront that I wrote when I was like 8 and I'm incredibly hard working. I've undergone multiple surgeries and procedures, and I've bounced back quickly from most, if not all, of them, which can show that even in times of stress and pain, I don't give up. I really enjoy this site, and I'd work as hard as I can to make sure it stays alive. Also, I really enjoy helping people and talking to them, which can be useful when greeting members, and talking to them about what they need help with. I'll also try and provide new, fresh ideas to the site!

okay--because we want to look over every app before we vote, im going to lock this. once the 15th rolls around and we announce, i will unlock it so ppl can post apps, though we wont necessarily read through them until the next time we need new staff members. im just doing this so we dont only get to focus on the ppl who posted their apps first and not get a chance to look at apps posted last minute! we already have a lot to look through after all. thank you so much for applying, and remember--we definitely cant accept all of you because of sheer numbers, but there's a lot you can do to help this site via just posting in threads, making friends, helping newbies, suggesting event ideas, etc! <3
