It was around two weeks later and John has made plans to go to his sister’s place tonight. She was currently still at work so she was going to let John know when she got back. John had gotten ready though. He had taken a shower and had gotten dressed into some better clothes then what he usually wears

sherlock had (albeit hesitantly) given up on his contacts and was holding his glasses nervously. he looked down at the floor, frowning.

After a bit, John moved out, seeing Sherlock. He looked him over before glancing down, seeing he was holding glasses. He blinked, tilting his head, moving over to him. “You’ll look good in those.” He said

he blinked. “normally i believe you, but that’s a complete lie, john.”

John watched him. “Well...I’ve never seen you wear them. So it’s neother a lie nor a fact. It’s my assumption. Won’t know for sure until I see you with them on right?” John asked

he made a soft, anxious noise.

John blinked, watching him. He then gently took the glasses, looking them over. They really didn’t look that bad. He then rose a hand like he was about to place them on Sherlock’s face, but stopped. If Sherlock really didn’t want them on, he wouldn’t place them on Sherlock

he hesitated and looked down a bit. “go ahead..”

John nodded. He then slowly slipped Sherlock’s glasses onto his face. He then gently tucked a strand of Sherlock’s hair behind his ear. He glanced him over, smiling. “Sherlock, you actually look really good with glasses on.” He murmjred after a moment
