Ten watched him, keeping his pistol out. He then followed Murphy.

Jesus had been in the house with Carl. The two had gotten sepereated from Rick's group during a fight with Negan. The two were seeking shelter here for a while. Jesus and Carl were in the kitchen. Jesus froze, looking over when he heard footsteps. He moved over, gently pushing Carl behind him to sheild him in case something were to attack.

murphy jumped when he saw someone and yelped, grabbing his cane. "there's a person! this is someone's house!" he called to the group, stepping back. "look, dude, we didn't know that was someone's hideout, and-" "it's not out home." carl said, moving from behind jesus. murphy hesitated, looking around. "guys!" he called.

Jesus glanced at the male. After a moment, Ten came in with the others. His eyes widened. Jesus eyed them silently. Ten frowned. "Look, man we dont want any trouble. We were just seeking shelter here for the night." Ten murmured.

"As were we." Jesus said.

carl scowled and looked at jesus. "alright.." he mumbled and frowned. "there's no food.." he mumbled, and moved past murphy and ten. murphy hesitated and watched the kid. "are you sure..?"

Jesus sighed. "We've already searched. There's nothing here. If you want food, I suggest hunting." Jesus said.

Ten watched Carl leave. He frowned. "Hey, everything alright kid?" He asked.

carl frowned, looking at ten. "why would i confide in a complete stranger?" he asked, pulling down his hat. murphy frowned. "well, considering all meat is infected, that'll be a bit hard to do." he said and ran a hand through his haake. "damn it.." he sighed.

Ten watched him. Fair point. He didn't know why he bothered asking because truthfully, he didnt care.

Jesus sighed, looking away. "Theres a certain way to cook animals to make sure they're not infected, but it takes a while." He said. "And we lost our weapons so we haven't been able to go out hunting yet." He said.

carl sat down and felt the bandages on his eye.
murphy frowned. "thomas?" he asked. "you feel like hunting?"

Ten blinekd. "Yeah...I'll go. The rest of you just stay here and relax." Ten said. he then turned, moving out of the kitchen.

Jesus frowned. "It's dangerous. Not exactly the best idea to send the kid out on his own." He said.
