he hummed. "im sure i could get ma to send some down some time."

He smiked. “I’d like that.” He murmjred, squeezing his hand gently.

he hummed happily, and kissed him gently- but only to sneakily steal a bite of his meatloaf with a smirk.

He blinked, smirking. He then pecked his cheek gently before moving his head away.

he hummed and moved to continue eating, seeming quite happy. "after dinner can we go to bed or do you want us for something?" he asked and his father hummed. "we haven't lit the big tree yet, so we gotta do that, then yall can go to bed. bet your exhausted." the man said. at the mention of 'big tree' jack seemed to completely light up.
