rick had gotten to his dorm, not even bothering to close the door. it was moments like these that he was glad that the dorms were big but he hadn't been given a room mate. he looked around before grabbing what looked like a freeze gun and rushing into a little room in his dorm that was hi 'lab'. the dorms were really more like an apartment than anything. he put out a small fire, seeing part of his wall had gotten blown out. he groaned, letting his guard down, right at a very large glass container of something exploded, knocking him back and sending glass flying at him. the form would knock him out for a few minutes- just in time for ford to get there"

Ford had made his way slowly to the dorms, and when he arrived and thought he smelled something burning and oddness in the air, he figured he was in the right place. Unaware of Rick's situation, he knocked on the door and sighed, hanging his head a bit.

[dannychan]

the door seemed to just open, as it hadn't been fully shut when he rushed in, and there was the sound of a crackling fire growing gather.. yes, rick had destroyed the smoke detectors in his dorm because he's a very bad cook.. and sometimes the stuff he makes could trigger them.

[peridot.]

Ford's eyes grew wide as he heard crackling fire, and he rushed inside, looking around for Rick witha  new sense of urgency as he cursed softly, "Shit, shit, shit, shit..."

[dannychan]

rick finally groaned, starting to come to. at the smell of smoke, he qiucklg fired the freeze gun and put it out. he sighed. "jesus.." he breath, slowly getting up and wincing. his ankle hurt like a bitch, he probably had a minor concussion, and he was covered in cuts and probably had a few bruises. he leaned on the wall, looking around in an almost dizzy way.

Ford was looking down at the other with wide eyes, saying quietly as he frowned, "Rick, what the fuck..." He held out the stuff to show the other why he was here before putting it down and moving over to the other, "Christ, you're all messed up.."

[dannychan]

rick sighed. "no shit. one of my experiments just blew up all over me.."

[peridot.]

He sighed and said, looking Rick over a bit worriedly, "Why are you doing experiments in your dorm that will just blow up?"

[dannychan]

rick stared at him before jumping up and bolting from the room, probably to get to his door. in his rush, he had abandoned all of his stuff without even realising it- even the portal gun.

[peridot.]

Ford blinked and watched the other rush off, sighing softly as he put his phone down. He then spotted the other's stuff and gave a soft groan, moving over to take the other's stuff into his arms and heading out.
