[dannychan]

he frowned. "ten thousand years, our smith has been working. compared toours,yours is a complete and utter fools. imbeciles." he said. "you want a spear, we can give you a real spear."

[peridot.]

He frowned and said, curling his hands into fists at his sides, "I'd appreciate it if you didn't insult my friends."

[dannychan]

he hummed. "and i'd appreciate if you didn't try and hurt my trees without their consent." he stated bluntly, leading him to what was obviously a black smith. "winnie?" he called, looking around.

[peridot.]

He blinked and frowned, glaring down as he waited for the blacksmith, gently tugging at his armor to get it back in place.

[dannychan]

a short and slightly pudgy man came from the back of the shop and hummed. "oh, my favourite fairy! how are you, flint?" he asked and pat flint's cheek. flint smiled weakly. "i'm fine. this traveller would like to see your spews. can i take him to the back?" he asked and winnie smiled. "anything for you, dear." he said and flint led him to the back of the shop, where weapons lined walls and stands in rows.

Azu blinked and looked up at the wall lined with weapons, gently dragging his fingertips over the weapon's handles, being especially careful not to let his claws cut them. He then froze up and turned around, saying softly to the slightly pudgy man, "Uhm, excuse me sir? Have you ever given a weapon to a troll named Targen? These weapons... the handiwork looks exactly like the sword he used to wield."

[dannychan]

winnie hummed. "i haven't heard that name in years.. yes, we were fairly good friends. why?" winnie asked and flint looked at azu for a long moment.

[peridot.]

Azu blinked at Winnie for a moment before tears sprung to his eyes, and he quickly covered his mouth, closing his eyes and saying softly, "It's, uhm... It's nothing, I just... I was on his ship for quite a few years when I was a child... most of my young life, actually. He was like a father to me. I'm... I've heard about you before... he talked so fondly about you... but I didn't think... that you were that Winnie."

'fairly good friends' could Winnie and Targen have been gay for each other

winnie smiled fondly and sighed. "and i never realised you were the boy. he talked about you too. a little lizard child that clung to his every word." he short man pat azu's arm. "would you like the sword, boy?"

He blinked and frowned, saying softly as he followed, "I highly doubt that, considering he has been trained extensively for years and years."
