Talk Some Sense To Me *Private*

Keith watched him. He frowned, quickly moving up to the door. He managed to shift his hand to knock on the door. He promised he’d let Lance see his family. He wasn’t going back on that promise.

after a moment, a plump little woman cracked open the door and shrieked, swinging the door open and speaking rapidly in spanish to the point it was almost unintelligable. she pulled keith inside and gestured to the couch, shouting at the many children sat on it to get up.

Keith froze, a bit startled by the sudden Spanish. Needless to say he wasn’t fluent in it. He only knew a few words. However, he moved in, trying to understand the situation. He glanced over at the couch, nodding. He moved over, laying Lance down on it gently.

the kids, who knew english, instantly started attacking keith's legs. "what did you do to our brother!" one exclaimed, and the woman rushed to call an ambulance.

Keith’s eyes widened. He glanced over at Lance before down at the kids. He attempted to gently shove them away since he didn’t want to harm them. “Kids, Listen I-I didn’t do anything to Lance.” He aaid. Not like the truth was believable though...Not to them. Guess it did look like he was the one who harmed Lance.

the kids sniffed and moved over to lance, and one climbed up next the him, making his eyes flash open. he let out a single pained sob, trembling.

Keith froze at the sudden sob. He stared at Lance with wide eyes. He felt a lump form in his throat.

the kids started to apply pressure, and it was obvious this wasn't their first rodeo. lance whimpered, mumbling something. after a moment, one of the kids yelled for their mom and dad, who came in after only seconds to help.

Keith looked them over silently. He then took a few steps back. He shouldn’t be here...Lance’s mom called for an ambulance. Lance would be fine...He will be fine. Then he can have time with his family again. He can...He can visit him later.

Keith glanced at Lance. He stared at him for a momemt before turning and leaving the house. Honestly, he was panicking. He needed some fresh air to help calm him down. He started walking away from the house, moving away from the town. He ran his hands through his hair, attempting to take deep breaths to calm himself.

lance whimpered, moving a hand to reach for keith and say his name hoarsely.
