Jack blinked, setting down his laptop. He then headed over, opening the door

he hummed. “i have errands to run, but i wanted to go get lunch first. you wanna come with?” he asked.

Jack was silent for a moment. “Yeah, sure.” Jack said, smiling. “...Tell you what, I’ll pay for it.” He said

he blinked and rose an eyebrow. “i mean.. i had a free meal coupon so.. it’s not really necessary.” he said, holding up the coupon.

“Oh.” Jack murmjred. “Well if you change your mind the offer is open.” He saud. He then smiled, walking out of the room

he chuckled and moved to the door, opening it only to see a teenager standing there, about to knock. “jesse, hey kid!” he greeted, ruffling his hair. the kid smiled. “hey.” he greeted.

Jack stopped when he spotted the younger kid. Jack watched him. Did you get kids go here? “...Who’s this?” Jack asked

he hummed. “oh, sorry. this is my nephew, jesse. he’s 17 but taking.. what was it? cal 2?” he asked. jesse nodded and smiled. “you’re his room mate, right?” jesse asked and held out a hand to shake. his accent was drastically different than gabes.
