• usagi is her given name by her owner, robert, however she doesn't have a specific name. APE stands for Andriod Protection Entity and her "last name" is her number that she's addressed by. her previous name had been maaya yamamoto
• though no real age is stuck with her, she resembles that of someone who is seventeen to about twenty-one years old. however, she was eighteen years old at the time of her death.

• deeper explanation since you're like: previous life? what, is she a reincarnation of this maaya girl? no. technically, she's not even maaya anymore, just in maaya's shell, having allowed her life to become an human andriod, a servant to mostly the foreign rich men who could afford her. she hadn't really thought on what the consequences were, what might happen, but maaya did know she wasn't happy. she romanticized places, and foreigners, and eventually leaving japan if possible. she was never happy with herself, wanting to more quirky, more happy, but her father had other plans. with mental illness being the least of her family's concerns, she'd become increasingly depressed. eventually, the year before her death, she'd become interested in andriods. she didn't want to live, but she wanted to. just without feelings. being perfect. she's not sure if it's something she truly wanted, or if she wanted to prove a point, but after her eighteenth birthday, she committed suicide. her father wanted her body cremated, unknown to the fact that maaya had already made her decision. to be refurbished, as they call it, and sold off to a father and his daughter. forever the same age. no longer maaya. but usagi. for the next two years, she's witnessed a broiling fire within robert that ignited one particular night. instead of standing, as she usually does, her realization upon her bond with his daughter, emilie, is what caused her to take action, hitting the man in the head and skipping town with emilie to america. she had no real intentions, other than she knew that she'd be in trouble for her actions and that she had a strong need to protect emilie. even with her glitch in emotions, she does not recall her life before.

• eventually cuts her hair as a form of rebellion to indicate she's not just an andriod, but human. a symbolism and almost irony to the girl that she had been before.
• she is very protective over emilie and anyone that she truly and deeply cares for. although to protect is ingrained in her system, it's obvious that the tears are something that isn't supposed to her reaction since she is an andriod.
• most of the time, she talks in this almost monotonous
• super smart and knows almost everything.
• even then, it's almost as if when she actually sees something new or does something new, like try a new food she gets excited. barely she ever has to eat, but there are times where she will try things out of mere curiosity and most likely she would love every bite.
• is absolutely obsessed with music. in fact, her and emilie will go song searching when they have nothing else to do and sit there in the cafe, rating the music.
• sometimes asks emilie how her life had been like before, totally unaware that she'd lived one and how it ended up. probably doesn't need to or else it'd devastate her.
• though she does display basic emotions, sometimes even strongly, usagi cannot develop any form of mental illness, nor understand how anyone could form over anxiety or something. she is programmed, however, how to run over actions and the consequences they would have, and to look at something (such as a crime scene), and reiterate or "see" its history. not really, but have an idea.
• usagi is simple to care for and is totally okay with having a superficial life, even if on the streets, which sometimes makes her forget how much care that emilie needs and that she's not same as her. she hopes that the other will get used to this way of living but there's no assurance.

magdalena alejandra bautista

• magdalena alejandra bautista is a mouthful to say, so she often goes by maggie to those who know her well.
• nineteen years old girl. intelligent, and possibly should be in college, however magdalena never really believed that she should work for her success, much rather she should have it. although she grew up in a pretty happy household in a suburbs of flordia, where her mother and father wanted to give her everything that she wanted, it wasn't quite enough. believes she was born transfinancial and now, she tries to find a way to fix it and she finds her answer in hawaii.
• hawaii was a trip that she planned in celebration to her graduating from school, as well as a celebration for her nineteenth birthday. her father paid for it, and she was only supposed to be there for a week. for the last few days, everything seemed fine leading up to her leaving and they were. when she arrived, maggie definitely took advantage of her trip, partying and meeting new people as well as hiking. her life became clear for her when she was shopping at honolulu's local flea market, when she met an man in his late 30s, who sold soap for a side business. he also had a few businesses, screaming cash, and he showed interest in magdalena in which, of course she was far more than willing to take advantage.
• now she wears name brand, the cutest clothes, and her hair gets done every other week, the most she has to do is sell soaps and offer pleasure to the man willing to take her in. she wears a promise ring because it makes him feel much more secure about her, and she gets to live in hawaii. she skips her parents calls and hasn't talked to them for months, deciding that this is the life she has chosen and since eighteen, her parents can't really do anything about it. the only bits and pieces of her life that they get is from family members showing them her instagram posts of her extremely great life, in which she brags a lot. when her parents try and reach out to her, she blocks them, even after multiple accounts.
• obviously, they would get up if the man wasn't so toxic, so aggressive. what she doesn't share with the outside would is how controlling this man is over her, that drinking causes him to get suspicious and angry and lash it out on her. he's yet to put his hands on her, but it's just as devastating when she's called a bitch and he's intimidating and threatening her with words themselves. she puts very curt statuses about it on fb in which it's passed down to her parents, in which she ignores them. again.
• though that's no reason for verbal abuse, he has every right to be suspicious. she isn't happy in the relationship. she doesn't love him, she loves what he gives her. there are times where she does finally go out that she says that she's staying at a friend's house willing to vouch for her, where she will go off clubbing and take off the promise ring and find handsome men, usually tourist, around her age to sleep with. therefore she doesn't have to worry about anyone ratting her out because they're tourist and will be gone soon enough.
• in all honesty, she wants out of the relationship but she knows that by leaving the relationship she's not only risking her life, but risking everything she has and she doesn't want to give that up.
• shopping every other day, she's got to have the cutest clothes.
• afro-latina. she knows english and spanish.
• her boyfriend has the cutest dog named Manu Iki, which means Little Bird, and he's a brown poodle. He happens to love Magdalena to death, and she was never a big fan of animals, but manu iki is definitely her best friend. she calls him buddy, and he never wants to leave her side it's honestly the cutest thing.
• many people back at home don't like her and label her as a user, a social climber and maybe she is, but she doesn't try and play innocent. she doesn't have them to impress, only those in her new home and she's proud of who she is, where she's at. she labels those who hate on her as envious.
• is actually a pretty good singer and despite being confident, she's too shy to sing unless she gets wasted and not only is she singing but she's dancing and getting much more flirty and straightforward than usual.

• bobbie javari brown is his name. yes, his full name is robert, but he hasn't gone by that name since his birth therefore everyone knocks him as bobbie and bobbie only and he's okay with it. sometimes, his friends find it funny to call him bobbie brown
• demiboy with no preference of pronouns
• grew up in chicago, where you can be robbed for ya cash, or be shot in the streets. it didn't stop him from what he liked nor was he ever accustomed, or drawn to any of the gangs. instead, he was drawn to the the arts. from as long as he could remember, he's wanted to be an actor, a dancer, a singer. unfortunately, his school barely had any programs to attend much less, could even afford any choir classes, forcing him to find other outlets to pursue his passion. he'd learn from neighbors and friends how play guitar, the piano, vocal classes, and at twelve years old, found a theater/acting class that was half an hour away at most. it took some convincing, but he’d convinced his mom to let him sign up as long as he got there on time, but through connections and public transportation
• does this til this day and it's only true safe space for him. he's made plenty of friends from different areas around the world who actually care for him and his wellbeing. and though bobbie doesn't talk much, he's a pretty social person. he likes to be around people
• he and his mom is close and have been through a lot together. bobbie actually considers his mom his best friend and they do everything together and he shares almost everything with her. most people would be ashamed with their mom, but he goes as far as introducing his friends to her and if his mom feels as if the people he has in his life are toxic, he cuts them out real quick.
• his strongest point is in acting out of everything -- he is good at delivering his lines, displaying emotions, and improving but he is absolutely terrible at remembering lines. even if he practices for three hours a day, it’s not exactly enough
• laidback exterior — about everything. plenty of people think that this is an act but nope, he is actually a very cool guy. barely overreacts to anything at all and when he does, it’s late
• one of those people who takes joy out of unity, but in political sorta ways. vouches for the black lives matter movement, and feminism and is very driven to uplift his brown and dark skinned family.
• does some things people would consider feminine, and that includes lipsticks and nail polish. his favorite types would happen to be red and black. those who call him out, he just smiles and flicks off. he really doesn't take the "f*g" or "gay" insults to heart. he knows the type of person he is and yes, he's slightly gay, and that's okay.
• speaking of, happens to have a yt obsession with an aesthetic. so, white boys with an aesthetic. he's not ashamed of it, however, he never lasts with them as they always seem to disappoint him with their mouth. he does have pretty good white friends, though, but he also has an standard, he takes no shit.
• is farsighted, meaning that he cannot see from far away and everything looks like blobs. wears glasses to help him see, or sometimes even contacts although he has trouble touching his eye.
• okay,,,, so along with not giving a fuck, bobbie knows how to roast. he's made people cry, as well as wanting to fight him and he does it in such a nonchalant way, he does it as far as laughing, to only rile them up more. he doesn't do it to be a bully, but if someone he cares about is being messed with and/or they open him up to a challenge no way in hell is going to deny it
• likes the political music like joyner lucas, kendrick lamar, and 2pac, but he doesn't mind turning up and shaking his ass to cardi b
• knows all the cuss words in spanish, french, german, & sign language. no reason, he just finds it truly amusing.
• isn't a big gamer, but when he does play video games, he trolls people by being an asshole and challenging their skills because he knows the white boys at home get pissed off and start calling him the n word, and it only really makes them look ridiculous in the end.
• people rely on him to be their cuddle buddy because not only is he the best cuddler in the city of chicago, but he also smells super good
• he and his mother have bad history with the use of a car. it's never truly fixed, forcing his mom to rely on their neighbor and for bobbie to rely on public transportation, friends, and classmates.
• doesn't need to smoke to be high on life.
•  actually, he's very happy with life, despite the discrimination, it doesn't stop him from being who he wants to be.
