well benjamin is sort of awkward around kids but he won't ever be mean to them ! so maybe he could bump into her and she could ask him something that would make him stay?? i have no clue

I am fine with Benjamin being an asshat. Personally, Shi doesn't take it to heart because he's dealt with a lot of dickwads in his hometown, including his own brother.
