jordan was with her family surviving up until she was probbalg like eleven years old when they were attacked and raided, everyone was killed but jordan
for a year or two she wandered around aimlessly by herself, barely even surviving until she ran into a trio of tough and badass woman who took her in
she viewed them as her mother figures until eventually she wanted to experience more things, so at some age she parts from them and at first it's tough because she hates like, all guys and most girls until she meets two dorks and she becomes getting nicer and grows use to being around boys

well evan uhh had evangeline when the world hecked to heck (they were in seattle so it was probably only about eight years ago that the power finally died), his parents were off trying to fix power in another place and so they never came back
sibs wandered for a bit until a pack of dogs found 'em and attacked them
evangeline got ripped apart, evan's face/upper part of his body got hecked up (im still figuring out scars n stuff)
and there was no hawaii or jordnix so he's petty and self-centered n emo
