the baby seemed to instantly fall asleep. jamie sighed in relief.

Blinking and smiling, Mako said softly, "Oh, I wasn't expecting him to fall asleep so fast. Cute little thing~"

he sighed softly. i'm glad he finally got to sleep.."

"Yeah, I'm glad too. How about you go get some sleep?" He asked, smiling a little bit at the other.

he smiled slightly. "you should too, mako." he said and slowly stood.

"I'm worried that if I put him down he'll wake up." He said softly, looking up at the other from his crouched position and smiling.

he slowly sat up, humming. "then.. uh..." he didn't known how he could not wake the baby.

"I could just try laying down with the baby. I'm not sure I can be that careful though..." He said softly, looking down at the baby with a bit of worry.

he slowly lifted the child, handing him gently to mako.

Mako hesitated before gently pressing the baby to his chest, gently rocking him back and forth and saying softly, "Heyyyy, time to sleep little one~"
