Dean blinked, standing up. "Alright." He said. Cas frowned, getting to his feet as well.

"No, you're staying here Cas." Sam said. Castiel frowned.

"Well I'm not one for obideine, now am I?" Cas asked. He then started to walk off.

that's when denise walked in (i messed up the name earlier), and saw cas standing. "sure, you're not healed. please lay back down.

Cas frowned. "I'm alright-"

"Don't argue Cas." Dean said. Cas sighed in slight annoyance, bit moved back over, laying down. Dean thanked him quietly before walking out with Sam

denise moved over and smiled. "i promise you can be up and moving in a few weeks at the least. daryl or i will keep you company until then." she said and smiled.

"A few weeks?" Cas asked, looking at her. That was way too long. How was he going to protect the others if he was bedridden for a few weeks?

she smiled. "you got really messed up. you had some serious intenal injuries, and you can be up and walking around unless you have help.

He sighed. "What about the others? If I'm stiuck like this for a while, how am I going to help them?" Cas asked.

she frowned. "you can't. and if you try, i'll handcuff you to the bed."

He blinked, frowning. "I'll just teleport out of them." He said.

"No, you won't Cas. You're a human. Remember?" Dean asked, watching the male from the other side of the room. Cas looked over at him, sighing. "I know it sucks, but you're going to be fine. We're going to be fine." Dean said, watching him. He sighed. "But, I do need to talk some things over with you when I can." Dean said. Cas watched him with slight concern.
