It was a few days later. Negan had told Daryl that he was going out shopping, but he was going out to grab Merle from jail and bring him back to the house to surprise Daryl. They soon arrived. Negan parked the car, leading Merle out and inside. "Daryl? I have a surprise for you." Negan said

daryl had just started shaking off the hug he had gotten, and daryl was pretty happy about it. "is it ice cream?" he asked, starting down the stairs.

he gasped. "is it candy? ooo or maybe toquitos!" he said and rushed down the stairs before freezing and staring at his brother. he had to take a moment before lunging at his brother and hugging him tightly.
