Jesse opened his eyes slightly. He gave a weak nod. He then slowly got to his feet with Gabriel. He leaned on him heavily. He then took one last look at the building. He was about to start walking away before he spotted something moving. He stared at it, thinking he was just seeing things. However, his eyes widened when he saw people moving out of the base. He turned, facing the base.

Reinhardt and Ana had exited. Reinhardt was carrying Fareeha in his arms. Winston and Mercy were following close behind them. Jesse looked them over. He then took a step towards them.

Jesse blinked, ooking at Gabe before at the others. They soon spotted Jesse and Gabe before moving over to them. "Are you guys okay!?" Jesse asked, looking at them. Ana nodded.

"We're fine. Reinhardt sheiled us from most of the blast with his shield. It's just a few cuts and bruises, nothing serious." Mercy said. Jesse looked them over before glancing abck at the building.

"...Where's Jack?" Jesse asked. The others fell silent and looked down. Jesse glanced at them. "He's....He's alive, right?" Jesse asked. Torbjorn glanced at Jesse.

"Kid...We didn't see him anywhere. He was closest to the explosion sight. With how powerful the explosion was he...most likely got blown up in it. And it's too dangerous right now to go back in for a search party." He said. Jesse stared at the building.

"No...He....He has to be okay." He whispered. "He said he would be alright and make it out." Jesse said. He honestly looked broken and scared. Mercy gave a sympathetic look to Gabe before moving over to Jesse. She rested a hand on his shoulder.

"Jesse, I know this is hard for you. But-" she trailed off when Jesse suddenly took off towards the base. Her eyes widened. "Jesse stop!" Mercy said, watching him. Jesse didn't stop or even seem to hear her. He just raised an arm in front of his face to shield it from the flames and then entered the building.

games eyes widened and he ran after john. "jesse!" he yelled.

Ana quickly moved over, grabbing Gabe's arm. "Gabe, no! That place is ready to collapse, we can't have you rushing in there as well!" She said.

he hissed. "fuck off! you'd run in if it was your kid!" he then ran off.

Jesse was inside the base, looking around. "Jack!" He called out, looking around. He quickly stepped back when a large piece of debris fell by him. He glanced down at it before looking around again. He stopped when he spotted someone struggling under what look to be a small support beam of sorts. Jesse moved over quickly. It was Jack.

Jack glanced over, spotting Jesse. "What the hell are you doing here Jesse? I told you to get out!" Jack said. Jesse looked him over.

"...You're my family. Families do everything together." He whispered. He frowned. "....We either all get out of here or we die together. I've lost my family once. I am not going to lose another. Or if I do...I'm not going on alone." He whispered. He then moved over, attempting to lift the support beam up. Jack winced.

"Jesse, don't act stupid. Get out of here now while there's still a chance. This place is going to collpase any minute. You need to keep Gabriel in check." He said.

Gabe hissed. "jesse!" he yelled, almost angrily.

Jack glanced over when he heard Gabe. Jesse glanced at Gabe. "....Gabe, help me lift this. I'm not leaving until we get Jack out." He said.
