Ardyn glanced at them. He chuckled. “Oh Prompto...You know that won’t work. You can’t kill me.” He said. He then looked at Ignis. “I’m only here to help. The end is coming soon. You know that, right Noct?” Ardyn asked.

Noctis stared at him. He took a step forward. “And it’ll be you who dies.” Noctis sAid.

Ardyn looked at him. “We both know that’s not true. That’s what the gods have told you. You have to defeat me. But in return, it’ll cost you your own life.” He said. Noctis frowned, glancing around. Ardyn scoffed. He then looked at Ignis, taking his glasses off and setting a hand over his eyes. His hand started glowing. Ignis suddenly let out a pained yell, taking a step back.

Ardyn bkinked, glancing back at them. He smirked. “See you soon Noctis.” He said. He then disappeared. Ignis has collapsed into his knees. His body was tense with pain.

Noctis frowned, watching as the man quickly disappeared after being shot. He then moved over to Ignis, kneeling down beside him. “Ignis?” Noctis asked, setting a hand on his back. Ignis opened his eyes after a moment and flinched. He blinked, looking around.

Noctis frowned. “Don’t. It’s his fault he got like this in the first place and the reason Luna died.” He whisoered. He glanced Ignis over, brushing his hair back. The scars were still there. But...At least he can see.
