Noctis glanced ahead, leading them into the elevator. He frowned, looking around. Ignis moved in after a momemt. His grip had tightened on the cane a bit.

prompto followed and helped Ignis in, sighing. he pressed the button for the elevator but nothing happened. he frowned and his eyes widened. "oh, that motherfucker!" he said. "gladio went down without us and cut the power line." he said.

Noctis frowned. “...The hell did he do that for? He can’t do anything down there!” Noctis said.

he frowned. "he can clear out monsters or animals that might have decided to make a home down there." he said.

Ignis frowned. “I know he’s strong but there’s no telling what may have made its home there. He could get injured or worse.” He said

he frowned. "it's gladio. do you think he really cares?"

Noctis sighed. “I know he doesn’t.” Noctis said. He then got off the elevator. It’s clear they weren’t getting down right now. Noctis cursed under his breath, pacing a bit.

“My my Noct. You’re looking a bit stressed.” A voice said. Noctis looked over, seeing Ardyn standing there. Noctis narrowed his eyes, glaring at him. Ignis seemed to tense up a bit. He turned his head towards Ardyn’s direction.

prompto sighed. "seriously? you again?"

Ardyn glanced at him. “What, are you not pleased to see me?” He asked. “I’m not here to be hostile.” Ardyn said. Noctis looked him over.

“You killed Luna. The imperials are the reason Ignis is blind. Why would we be pleased to see you?” Noctis asked. Ardyn frowned, moving over to Ignis.

“Is this why you’re so stressed? Because your friend here can’t see?” Ardyn asked. Ignis clenched his hand into a fist. Ardyn bkinked. “Oh Noctis. I don’t envy you.” Ardyn said. Ignis quickly conjured his dagger, attempting to stab Ardyn. Ardyn quickly dodged it, grabbing Ignis and pinning him against the wall of the elevator. Ignis gritted his teeth, attempting to get away.

“Let go of him!” Noctis hissed, taking a step forward.
