— life was going great for frederick. or, at least, it felt like he had nothing to complain about; everything was simply going his way. from opening up a bar, budding friendships from the least expecting places, and finally getting sent out on a little task for eddie -- it was needless to say that he was proud of himself. there was nothing quite like watching someone get murdered to truly boost fred’s spirits. though he didn’t speak about why he and will left flintlock, he did come back seeming relatively chipper.
he was still living off of the adrenaline it seemed, desperate to chase after other things that could make his heart race in his chest. setting out two rafts by the river along with other supplies, he waited for others to come over from the lodge. he stretched his arms lazily above his head as the others started to arrive, humming pleasantly. “are you all ready?” he supposed inviting people from the lodge to go white water rafting wasn’t his worst idea so far, especially since the weather was starting to get better enough for it.
turning his head, he looked towards the raging rapids. there was a certain gleam in his eyes as he looked back towards the group and casually observed, “this is going to be fun, yeah?” still, the rapids looked fierce and some might even say dangerous -- fred felt hooked to the adrenaline. “who wants to be in my raft?” whoever agreed would be in for quite the trip - he could get a bit competitive once the rafts started racing down the river.
// just some good ol' white water rafting
