There was something to be said for the solitude Michael seemed to force himself in to. Though it was not a very healthy thing for the former soldier to do, in fact it was a very unhealthy coping mechanism that Mike had picked up. He never seemed able or willing to talk about his feelings, though why should he, he had no friends here! Only vague acquaintances. And he was trapped here, unable to leave, unwilling to stay.
After his conversation over music with Tommy and Salem... as well as that young woman who seemed to hang around Teddy a bit. His demeanor had thawed ever so slightly. Enough so that he’d asked to make a call on Salem, though he rarely did such things even before the Badlands was thrust upon him.
As he waited for her to open the door after rapping sharply a few times he thought about how different life really was now, with the Knopes at the helm. He had to admit that he didn’t like it. Didn’t like it one bit, but what was to be done? "Hello Salem." He spoke softly, emotionlessly as she opened the door.
"May I come in?" He inquired gravely.

MICHAEL FORD
Michael Ford is a 45 year old, man, he's stubbornly loyal to whatever cause he chooses, protective of his family and friends, he's a member of the Badlands. Michael has issues controlling his anger in most situations. He is a difficult opponent and well trained, feel free to power play nonviolent interactions though.
