- Ever since Felix and Darius became friends after Darius threw a small rock at the sad and lonely Felix as an attempt to comfort him, they began to collect rocks together and. It’s very cute when they would use them to decorate their rooms and trade them with each other’s rocks and all of that fun stuff.
- Felix being a space enthusiast, and would make Darius stargaze with him on the roof of his home or at the treehouse they created while he gushed about the stars and such. Even though Darius sucked at listening and usually took everything as a joke, he did end up finding wonder and inspiration in Felix’s passion, which was something he could appreciate wholeheartedly.
- During the sleepovers, whenever Felix felt anxious or had nightmares, Darius would automatically make him take some of his space because scared Felix was a huge no no. Darius would probably make some silly noises as an attempt to scare away the things Felix feared of and get him to laugh and feel better.
- When Felix and Darius were, like, eight years old, Felix kept hearing the whole “girlfriend” and “boyfriend” thing, and he thought it meant like “friend” but to a certain gender, so he just happily declared that Felix was his best boyfriend without even knowing what it actually meant.

- This is loosely based on my experience because I was a huge pathetic cOWARD, but. At elementary school, whenever there was gym class, Felix hated having to change in the washroom stall all by himself, so he would ask Darius to stay inside the stall with him, and Darius would help him change his clothes because Felix was also a very clumsy boy. Putting up buttons in the right holes and tying up shoelaces was a real pain in the ass for Felix, but thankfully, Darius got his back.

During snack time with the kindergartens gathering around in circle, Darius was *eye emoji* at Felix’s Rice Krispies Square, specifically the rainbow chips, so when Felix left his spot to fill his water bottle or something, Darius just. Fucking snatched all of the rainbow chips, and acted like nothing happened. He didn’t even give Felix a slightest glance when he asked out loud what happened to his snack, like... What a little shit Darius was. He never told him about it until later after they were married.
