There was a distinct tension between them. It'd been like that before this of course, there'd always been something between the two of them that kept them so close.. and yet so apart. A tension that Evan had tried to shrug off, a tension that was perhaps, made by living such an elaborate lie. Jordan had had the ability to tell him, at any time, and free him of... this. She could've led him into it slowly, she could've.. It was too late now. Evan had been snapped into reality, and that was that. He couldn't change it, he just had to.. continue. Keep going, because Jordan clearly needed him. If he was still here, if he could remember himself... Jordan needed him, and he could focus on that instead of everything else. What he felt towards Jordan meant nothing, he knew he'd do anything in his power to help her, no matter what happened. He was just.. a part of her brain, he supposed. He had to help.. himself. He didn't like that thought, Evan preferred his loyalty to Jordan to feel more like... him.[div style="background: #404040; width: 450px; height: 1px; font-size: 1px; color: transparent; margin-top: 2px; margin-bottom: 2px;"]&&
