He was quite fine. Maybe he looked a little sad, but he was fine. And not 'girl fine', either- he was truly at peace with his emotions, and the cold weather now that he had a coat, and oh, who was he kidding? Sigmund was miserable in the freezing cold, his ears pinned against his skull, every limb pressed close to his core. Even with the coat and the scarf, winter permeated through his fur to his very flesh. No, his teeth weren't chattering, but he felt that if the temperature dropped even one degree they would be. Something he would have liked was a proper house, but he wasn't certain that he'd seen a house in years. There certainly wasn't one in the territory. But blankets and space-heaters wouldn't satisfy him- he would always find something to complain about.
The canine had noticed Videogames in his peripherals but made no move to outwardly greet the serval. At least, not yet. Sigmund was busy being cold and feeling sorry for himself, after all. But then, the king's great tumble finally drew his attention, and he let out a bit of a hearty laugh, perhaps heartier than was appropriate. Oops.
"A hot chocolate sounds absolutely grand," he answered, realizing his reaction might have been a bit harsh. There were not too many people for whom he cared how they felt, but Videogames was one of them. They had become friends over the moons and it was a rare occasion for someone to be friends with the maned wolf. He didn't particularly like hot chocolate- he much preferred coffee, and felt that its sweet counterpart was more for children -but it was something warm to fend off the freezing weather.
"Thank you, friend. How's your winter going so far?"
Perhaps it was an uninteresting question, considering the Vale lived in such close quarters, but he was trying to fill up space with something, which was more effort than usual.
