Azshara and Bernard
Azshara would probably be more suited to Badlands, but that's exactly why I don't want her there. I want her to see herself as the only ambitious person in what she considers a group full of 'sheep'. I could check the smaller groups, too.
Bernard probably needs to go somewhere pretty calm and happy, so also not the Badlands. He's trying his best to overcome his depression, so he'd need a group that sort of represents a support group.
