◌ his grandfather passed away due to a heart attack when he was 17 and his grandma took a fall down the stairs when he was 23 which has caused permanent damage to the brain. her memory became very bad and she struggles to speak at times or do certain things.

◌ when he was 23 he had actually gotten married to his high school sweetheart. one would think they somehow would stick together for so long but after a year things were tense. they adopted their first child together, a daughter[four years at the time], thinking maybe they had just been missing something. it wasn't until their daughter was five that they realized it wouldn't work. they divorced later that year leaving andres with practically full custody. they made sure things didn't end on a bad note, both not wanting their daughter to think they hated each other. they just didn't really feel that spark like they once did.
◌ when she was six andres had ran into old "enemy" i guess you could call it. huxley and andres def knew each other prior to this okay. anyway, andy's daughter was being babysat by his mother while he went out with a few friends to a bar. there he saw huxley and decided "fuck it" and went to him and hi yes sparks flew. who knew.
◌ they probably got married recently, i don't know. judging by the current timeline. who knew your enemy was actually the love of your life. andres really can't see himself with anyone other than huxley.
