You know these missions rely on communicating clearly with your comrades. We’ve all seen the reports from each officer that has transferred him. And it’s all because of the same issue. He didn’t communicate well or clearly and that caused the missions to go sideways and put others into harm. He’s a nice guy, Reyes. And I want him to be able to stay and help us. But...It’s been six times. With the same issue. That’s clearly an issue that he can’t change.†He said.
