He sighed, looking down. “She’s just upset.” He murmured. “She’ll come around eventually.” He said.

“Will she though, Jack?” Ana asked, looking at him. “You abandoned her and her people. That was a few years ago now when she was still young. Children don’t forget things like that.” Ana said. “...Did Gabe even know about it? That it was your team that set out to destroy the omnics and then left afterwards? Because I didn’t know you abandoned them after until just now when Sombra spoke about it.” Ana said. She frowned. “That is nit what overwatch was about, Jack. We swore we would never turn a blind eye on those who needed help. So why did your order your men to leave?” Ana asked.

Jack looked her over before glancing down. “I was still new at being the strike commander back then, Ana. It was a tough choice to make but I couldn’t risk our men getting hurt.” He said.

“So you left the civilians alone who couldn’t defend themselves?” Ana asked, seeming shocked and slightly angry.
