Here's how it works:

1. Weak Enchanted Item: useable with powers that cost 29k bones or less.
   
2. Medium Enchanted Item: useable with powers that cost 30k-49k bones.
   
3. Strong Enchanted Item: useable with powers that cost 50k bones.
