It's stomach clenching on razor blades and lungs trying to crawl up through his throat. It's feeling a little bit dizzy and trying not to squirm. It's everything feeling tight and tense and kind of really good at the same time. He recognizes that it's love (or whatever it is), and that feels nice, and he's grown used to it after all these years of being his gay af self, but it's still physically painful.
