I understand.
I love the direction you want to take it. And I think there's still a capacity to keep it in that direction, though there might need to be a bit of tweaks. Perhaps just a slightly more involved support system?
I definitely feel your pain.
Neither do I. When groups make a 180... it overwhelms, and sort of swallows any sort of vision a group might have.
Perhaps install and interim leader? Or someone who deals with the day to day? Let Johannes take a break from things... I'm not sure, honestly. I'm not that good with change, I like things staying exactly the same because I'm a creature of habit.
