joey hadn't been able to sleep since that kiss. the kiss on new years and the one that had confused joey to all hell. he lay in bed, tossing and turning, whining softly. after a moment he just got out of bed and put on his robe, going into the kitchen and making himself some coffee. was he exhausted? yes. but coffee could help that, right? he leaned on the counter, sighing.
