It's the last few words of his sentence, and yet, no matter how hard he struggles, he can't talk anymore. All that comes out is a soft wheeze. "Bad people. All you need to say is bad people," he tells himself, struggling to form words, but it's just not working. He can't. He appears slightly angry with himself, and he gives up, stepping back to let Wolfbite talk to Boneyard instead. He just wanted to explain their reasoning, but of course he couldn't. He shouldn't have even tried. Stupid Cecil.
