she figured it was time to actually settle for once and join a place. a lot of people had mentioned saying she could survive in badlands, that whole idea didn't really thrill her though so she gave that idea a pass. then she debated flintlock. she decided to veto that idea simply because it seemed a bit too crowded for her liking.

so here she was, looking at the barricades they have put up to protect their rural city. dahlia stood there looking at it for a few minutes, debating if she should just turn around and go by herself for awhile more or just stay here and try to fit in with how they do things. her lips pursed together as she pushed a small rock around with her boot. her hands were on her hips as she looked up to the sky for a minute and let out a deep breath. dahlia's arms dropped and she took a few steps closer so if anyone inside was close they could hear her.
