Majima blinked. "He's been spending less time here. Coming home later then what he would be if he was working normal shifts. I know it's not overtime. And he's been constantly texting someone. My guess is, he's found a special someone. And if he's starting to get a relationship, perhaps it'll become more serious. And if that's the case, I don't want to hold him back by making him a manager. That's time consuming." He did
