— after his mom kicked his dad out, liam struggled with a lot of depression especially in relation to body-image, racial insecurity and sexuality. regarding body-image, he felt huge pressure to look like 9 an adonis, which lead to countless hours spent in front of his mirror, picking apart every part of himself that he hated. with racial insecurity, he just wanted to be white. he felt hatred towards his own race for outcasting him among his peers and wanted to be like the boys on tv. and with sexuality, he wanted to be able to "just pick one", as that's what he'd been told since childhood. most of his self-esteem issues were resolved in middle high school, but he still struggles with a lot of issues regarding his intelligence
