I hate everything about it, dude. It's awful. Not trying to be mean but like, who does johannes even think he is? Plus he's so awkward. The only good thing to come from that frozen wasteland is rudolf. He is the only character that really speaks to me. Everyone else SUCKS. And seriously, how do they think they're gonna build a greenhouse? Do they even have any materials to do that? Total lack of planning on your part. Maybe you should just wipe it clean and try to rebuild it from the ground up.
In all seriousness I love flintlock, especially its close knit family style. I think, personally, that some drama would attract some people. And maybe some more interaction with the other groups; I do like that the messengers are there, but maybe something a little more... Drastic? Like a run in with a group of badlands bandits or something. Maybe someone is killed, even! I would be willing to create a temporary character that could be killed, and I'm sure other people would be too. I like the ranks, but I right now there's no one in them, really. (I know you're about to promote people, but I mean like the medic rank and the other non hp ranks). I really like how it's started to take off lately, and I think the weekly meetings and tasks has really helped. You're doing a great job!
