After a moment, Sherlcok answered. He was silent for a moment. "John, stay where you are." Sherlcok said.

Greg frowned, looking around. He glanced up, his eyes wide.'"oh god..."'he whispered, his eyes wide. Sherlock was standing on top of the roof of the hospital.

Sherlcok blinked. He could see John and Greg down the street from where he was standing. "They were right John." He whispered. "I'm a freak. I'm an outcast. I have been since I was born. I've never experienced what it was like to be normal. To see past everything and just be me. You've...You've given me that chance. You showed me what love is. You've helped me overcome many things in my life. And for that I can't be more grateful for." Sherlcok whispered.

"John Hamish Watson...I love you. And thank you for everything." Sherlock whispered.

he seemed confused for a moment before looking up and his eyes widened. "sherlock no. please dont do this." he had to think quick, so he took out his gun and put it to his own head. "if you jump, ill shoot myself." he warned.

Sherlock blinked, watching him. Greg's eyes widened. "John..." he watched him sikentky. Sherlock stared at him with wide eyes.

"John...Put down the gun." Sherlcok whispered, his voice trembling.

he looked right up at sherlock. "sherlock... whatever is going on, we can get through it together. you dont have to do this, so dont. please. for both of our sakes."

Sherlock was shaking, staring down at him. "John I...I can't be helped." He whispered. Tears were falling from his eyes. "Im worthless. My own family thinks I'm useless. Mycroft cares but we're not close. I'm a freak. That's it." Sherlcok said. "I just want this pain to end John." He whispered, his voice breaking.

Greg stared up at him. He then took John's phone. "Sherlock you listen to me right now. I know it's hard for yo. And I want nothing more then yontake away the pain. But I can't. You need to do that Sherlock. Think of the family you'd be leaving behind. Family doesn't end in blood. You have John. You're amazing, wonderful boyfriend. You have Mycroft who would do anything to save you. I know your father was never around. Hell I never had kids either. But I've always considered you a son. And...What about Maria and Brooke? This isn't what they'd want Sherlock." Greg said, watching him. "I know it hurts. Bit we're your family. We love you. We're going to help you. Just give us that chance." Greg said.

Sherlock gripped the phone a bit tighter. "I..." he trailed off, unable to form anything else. He suddenly fell to his knees on the roof, moving the phone away ad hanging up. He stared down at them. Greg blinked, gauging him for a moment beofre sighing.

"Come on." He said. He then quickly led John to the stairs leading to the rooftop

john ran up the stairs, running over to sherlock and pulling him away from the ledge, tears in his eyes.

Sherlock took a step back once he felt John touch him. He stared at him brojenly before quickly embracing him into a tight hug. He buried his face in his chest, his eyes closing tightly. A sudden sob erupted from him. He gripped John's shirt a bit.

Greg came up as well. Even he had slight tears in his eyes but he was t going to let them fall. He watchedthe two silently

john held sherlock tightly, trembling and closing his eyes. "i love you.. dont you ever scare me like that.."
