Cas soon laid back down. He winced, closing his eyes. Dean was in the room. He looked over at him, frowning slightly. "Cas?" Dean asked. Castiel glanced over at him. "I'm sorry man. I'm sorry for leaving you." He said.

"...Why are you apologizing to me?" Cas asked. "I'm your friend. I promised I'd protect you and Sam no matter where you went." He whispered.

Daryl soon walked in with a warm mug of soup, and looked at dean. He frowned. "Put." He ordered.

Dean sighed. He moved over to Cas, resting a hand on his shoulder. "...just get some rest and heal up, please."'dean murmured. Cas nodded. He glanced over when Daryl entered the room. Dean looked at him as well when he entered. Dean narrowed his eyes, about to argue but Cas shushed him.

"Dean, stop. We will have time to speak later." Cas said. Dean sighed, moving his hand away and then left the room.

He sat the mug on the bedside table. "I have a few Routine questions I need to ask you.

He nodded and leaned forward to lean his elbows on his knees. "How many walkers have you killed?"

He blinked, watching him. "Walkers?" He asked. "Is that what you call the dead?" He asked.

He nodded. "Walkers, biters, THE walking dead, zombies, plague, whatever you wanna call it."
