Eddie said softly, his eyes half closing, "My boss just knows I wanna help people.."

he kissed his cheek gently. “but he put you in this situation..”

"Well, it's not like he's taking advantage of me if I volunteered..." Eddie said, nuzzling Virgil slowly.

he frowned. “they only suggested it because they knew you’d take it.”

Eddie said softly, nodding a bit, "Well, yeah, but that's because they know what I'm like..."
