He blinked, watching him. He then sighed. “Alright alright.” He murmjred softky. He then leaned back on the couch.

he seemed to be quietly focused on his phone, frowning.

He watched him for a while before sighing softly. He then set down the news paper, heading over to the kitchen. He started to make some tea and two pieces of toast in the kitten. After a bit, he moved over, setting the cup of tea down along with the plate of toast in front of Sherlock.

“Go on and eat some breakfast, Sherlock. I know you say you don’t eat So you don’t slow down your mind or whatever, but you’re not in a case today. So try and eat something.” John murmured

he hesitated, turning his phone so there was no way john could see and swapping it to sleep mode to eat. he knew he couldn’t argue.

John seemed to relax a bit, not even bothered by what Sherlock was doing in his phone. He let out a relieved sigh. “Thank you, Sherlock.” John murmured after a minute. Sherlock was underweight whether he wanted to admit it or not, so John was happy to see him eating.

sherlock sighed and soon finished.

John had been texting on his phone while Sherlock ate. A faint smile pulled at his lips

he looked at john. “what are you smiling about?”

He glanced over at Sherlock. “I was talking to my sister. She just got a new place and we were making plans for meeting up soon. She said you were welcome to come with if you wanted. Although...I know how you are about meeting new people so it’s no big deal.” John murmured

he blinked. “oh. i’d be happy to meet her.”
