Nines bit his lip and hesitated before saying softly, "Gavin... You know, I've really liked staying here."

he blinked and smiled weakly. “i’ve liked you being here..”

[peridot.]

"I've really liked being around you more than just at work." He said, giving his own shaky smile, before he glanced down, "Honestly I've felt a bit guilty about that..."

[dannychan]

he frowned softly. “why..?” he asked and slowly took one of his hands to gently play with his fingers.

[peridot.]

"Because..." Nines' LED spun a bit yellow as he watched the other play with his fingers, his face blue, "Because... I think I may be developing feelings for you, but I feel as though I shouldn't be thinking about you in that way when you're in such a vulnerable state."

[dannychan]

he blinked, watching him for a long moment before tears sprung into his eyes and he looked down.

Nines' eyes widened, and he squeaked, his LED spinning a panicked red, "Oh no, Gavin...! I did not mean to make you cry, I'm sorry... I'm sorry..."

he nodded and fixed his hair gently.

Nines smiled and said, blushing as the other fixed his hair, "Thank you.."
