It had been around a month later. Connor had been living with Gavin and Nine during that time. Connor had gotten a job to distract himself and help Gavin out with his bills since he knew the other was struggling a bit to pay all the bills. He worked at a nightclub now as a bartender. Being an android who was able to pull off some fancy moves, he had quickly become popular as entertainment down there while making drinks so it wasn’t all bad.

Connor had just gotten up for the day. He was wandering around the house, glancing around. Nine soon moved in from being outside. He glanced over at Connor

gavin was on his laptop, typing something up for the deputy director. he looked up when connor walked in. “hey. how was work?” he asked.

Connor glanced at him. “Oh. Same as usual. Nothing new happened...A few fights broke out but that’s nothing new. Humans seem to get aggressive when drunk.” Connor said

he nodded. “well, good you weren’t hurt.” he said and hummed

He shook his head. “The security guards took care of it.” He said. He looked Gavin over. “...What are you working on?” He asked

he blinked. “just a report for the DD.” he said and sighed. “about a case.. and then i finally get some vacation days.”

Connor blinked. “That’s good. You’ve been working quite a bit this past week.” He said. None watched the two.

“Yes but we’ve been taking care of him.” Nine murmured. Nine and Connor looked over though when they heard a car stop outside the house

he was about to speak when he heard the car and moved to look out the window.
