he nodded. “and a surname?” he asked.

He blinked. “Not one I’m proud of.” He said

he hummed. “why is that?”

“My mother was a whore and my father was just a low life criminal. I’m not proud of either of my parents and ashamed to have their surname.” He said

he hummed. “and then why not take a bastard name?” he questioned, tilting his head against the wall.

He sighed. “Never put much thought into a name before. I may be ashamed but...I guess I wouldn’t feel like me if I adopted a different name.” He said

he hummed. “a man always thought rivers sounded nice.” he stated, smirking slightly.
