- focus on four main groups of metahumans ( with some non-powered humans who are enemies of the Two Evol Groups ) in a certain area ( maybe somewhere in arizona ?? or iowa bc that'd be hilarious ; or somewhere bigger , like in cali or new york && Two Evol Groups have big headquarters with the only remaining generators that work )
