Eventually Mickey and Ian returned with the seat, and Ian made sure it was securely strapped in before gently putting Yevgeny in it, nuzzling the child and buckling him up. He then said to Mickey as he got back into the passenger seat, "Do you have to disguise yourself again?"

mickey nodded. “yeah.” he said.

He smirked a bit and said, giggling, "Does that mean I get to see you in a dress again~?"

[dannychan]

he hummed. “yeah, i guess so.” he chuckled and carl blinked. “i’m going to regret asking this but.. why?”

Ian glanced back and said softly, "Mickey's still a fugitive, so if we're gonna get over the border he's gotta disguise himself."

[dannychan]

he nodded “yep. and i’ve got passports for you guys from an old friend. he made my fake.” he explained, moving to open the glove box and show them. “well stop at texas and i’ll change.”

Ian still seemed sort of nervous, but he just sighed and left the baby bag with Carl before moving to get into the car.
