The kids were already downstairs. Moira had made everyone a plate and set it down on the table. She soon looked over t Gabe and Jack. "Nice of you to join us love birds." She said teasingly.

he blinked. "oh, hey."

Jack blinked. "Hush Moira. There's nothing wrong with having some time together." He said. Moira chuckled.

"I never said that Jack." She said. She then looked away. Jesse looked Jack over. He frowned slightly.

"...Dad?" He asked. "Are you okay?" Jesse asked. Jack frowned.

"Of course, Jesse. Why wouldn't I be?" Jack asked, looking him over.

"You just...Look kind of pale and exhausted." Jesse murmured.

Gabe frowned. "yeah. you're not looking too great."

Jak blinked. "Neither are you Gabe." He murmured. He then kissed his cheek. "I'll be fine." He murmured. Jesse frowned.

"...Just take it easy." Jesse whispered.

"Yes, as a scientist and doctor, you could benefiet from some rest." Moira murmrued.

he frowned. "hey, why don't we go eat in bed, hmm? it'll make you feel better.."

Jack sighed. "Gabe, you really don't have to worry about me. I'm fine." He said.

"Well do it anyway. I know you and Gabe are both exhausted." Jesse murmured. "It wouldn't hurt to relax while you can." Jesse said. Jack glancedd at jesse beofre sighing.

"Alright." Jack said.

Gabe nodded and kissed jacks cheek, grabbing himself a plate and starting up the stairs.
