im much better at writign oneshots tbh,,,,, if im rlly into it. idk how many paragraphs my tate oneshot is but like yeah
plotting is fun and stuff but im also bad at plotting and im always shit at writing bc sometimes i rely on the other person to write a lot so i can bounce ideas and stuff off them. but other than that im sHIT

yeah, i can definitely understand that. main reason i'm still around is what i mentioned earlier about staying committed to things... like forever.
not to mention i personally still have a lot of rps i enjoy from over there that have active people
starlieu will never die

yeah, i write a lot of oneshots as well... sometimes they're better than making a full thread for something that's a little plotting detail of something. i've also written some relatively long fanfictions for supernatural and doctor who but those are bad.
i need to roleplay more with people instead of oneshot writing, i think

I'm more into plotting and stuff like I can talk for days about all the details I put into my characters but when it comes to making actual threads I procrastinate for a week and then forget

i think the cure for getting more writing out roleplay writing, at least for me, has been trying to avoid over-planning all the little details of stuff in the plotting stages. because you don't want to end up half-roleplaying stuff in plotting when you haven't gotten it off the cutting room floor. because a bit of plotting will get you wanting to roleplay, but too much plotting will make it so you already know the outcomes to every situation you put your character in... why roleplay it, you know?
