these are just notes, but i'm not changing the group name unless everyone agrees on it.

i think if we were to change the theme and have them stray from trading (because it's not exactly popular with the characters we have in the group? there's more teenagers than there are adults) it would be more in the background and assumed to be carried on by NPCs and not actual shit, but from what i gather flintlock is considered a neutral group and the badlands is supposedly bad. what if nd became a more justice-seeking group? like the middle, i guess.

then again, it's making me iffy because while i think nd has the potential to become a group full of good people, neutral has always been their thing but having two neutral groups in tnw makes everything boring.

and its just. they're a mixed bag of characters. it's hard to say that they're good when people there can either be very controversial or nice.

because of the unfortunate amount of teenagers and how they outnumber the adults, having them go to a vigilante-justice kind of place seems more fitting than actually being lawful good.

then again, i don't think people will like this. is it too bad for them? too good? i don't want them to be an in between group, that's the problem, and they can't be bad, because of the badlands already being... well, bad. having two of one thing seems a little repetitive when there's only three groups. they need a balance. flintlock could be considered neutral/good, badlands is just bad, and then there's northstar, and they've always been extremely awkward and boring to a lot of people?

If I remember correctly, back in the early days of the site Esk would know better than me I'm prob wrong, St Peters was like. a place for second chances and a place where people could go to be safe. If vigilante justice is too much for the group, this could be a nice way to make them more "good"

them being all for justice for the underdogs and allowing the outcasts under their wing, so to speak? it fits, with all the teenagers there and michaelis being one of the few adults there. maybe they could have an extensive education system for basic stuff, like writing and math? just enough so they can scrape by.
