i legit suck at my job? like why did they hire me? im so awkward and i fucked up so many times today and wowowowoowowow kill me. and then i acciddentally lost track of time and the csm was like "don't you get off at 8?" and i didn't understand what he said like the first few times and then he's like "you get off at 8 silly" and it was like 8:05 and i was internally like "wow shit im dumb ugh" but externally like "oh right yeah" and he finished up with the customer
plus i feel like i annoyed him and the other csm cuz i asked so many dumb questions AND my register completely froxe within an hour of me being there (tho that wasn't my fault ugh but still)
